GLI Pool Products - Pool liner seam separated in corner

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Our installer purchased the liner from GLI and the corner of pool liner separated. We lost over half the water, had to drain the pool and wait for them to ship a new liner. I asked them form reimbursement of the water loss and told they would give the dealer a credit. So over $200 we had to pay to refill our pool. What good is it for me to have my dealer get the credit. How was I suppose to get my loss recovered for their defective liner. The next vinyl liner that I get for my pool will not be purchased from this company that does not stand behind their product. If you purchase a liner make sure that your installer does not order it from GLI.

I’m currently going through the same thing with a liner that was 4 weeks old and the seam separated. They will not consider our claim unless we drain the pool of $850 worth of water, take the patch off that we paid a professional &350.00 to fix to save the $850 worth of water and either take a picture of the seam seam separation or send them a piece of the defective liner.

To have new liner installed and fill the pool with water isn’t covered either. Do not buy anything from this company!
