better customer care one that can speak clear english.

I feel that you do not know how to have good maners as far as the way they answer your questions they are rude they cant speack clear english i feel they talk to fast just to take advantage of the customer in hope to get you to agree with what they are saying so they can take the next call not solving the issues you are having then they get tired of you calling them and block you from calling i would like to know why you have choices on language prefrence iff you end up not understa3nd the customer care proffesonal what can i do about getting my questions answerd i try to do the application online it goes through gets excepted i come back later and it tells me invalid information or something else what do i do about this delima signd a confused pissed of customer
