They scammed me for $ to pay duties for a tracking # that was fake! THEIR SITE ALLOWES FOR COMMENTS, BUT WHEN YOU TRY, YOU CAN'T GET IN!

I called an adult a *** snowflake, and they banned me from comments and posts for a week! No way to speak to anyone!

Nura - Poor customer service

I'm still waiting for an RMA so I can return it!

Despite clearly saying, "Delivery duty and/or import fees are covered by Nura to our major shipping destinations", on their site, FedEx billed me an extra $50 for duties to Canada! Customer service claimed Canada is NOT a major destination!

Logitech - The WORST customer support EVER!!!!

They take days to respond, will NOT let you talk to them, they do not fully read your complaint, and their K800 keyboard is defective...I returned 2, and finally bought an Apple keyboard!
