LexisNexis - Increase in Auto Insurance

LexisNexis Risk Solutions has no live person to speak with. It takes 2 weeks to receive their negative report that increases your auto insurance, and this does nothing to correct the negative report. Looks that everything must be accomplished through the mail. The insurance companies love LexisNexis because they have an excuse to raise premiums, and it is dam hard to fix an error that causes the premium increase. One may not even know the reason for the premium increase - not listed on the premium statement.
