Altis Professional Recruitment - Altis Unprofessional + Excel HR = *** reps

Nov 2015 I was trying to contact Altis about a position but the rep refused to tell me anything. I asked to talk to a different rep but the 'call dropped'. Called back to ask a different rep & the 'call dropped' again. Over the past week I called into different offices asking for a manager but were refused & hung up on. I finally got a manager & demanded they investigate. When I called back the day after they decided to do nothing & an agreement was made that we no longer have contact Dec 2016 Went in for an interview & their rep assumed my name which was totally wrong. When i showed them the name on my resume (which she was holding) she said 'Oh, I was reading it off the resume'. Dumb *** much? Feb/March 2017 Got a call from Excel HR about a position & while googling I found they are associated with Altis. I told the rep (Nicole) that I was going to pass the opportunity up b/c of their association. Lauren called me back 2 days later about a job (assuming it`s the same job) & I told her I was going to pass b/c of the association again...she was a huge ***. The Monday after 'Tori' the director called me (I didn`t ask for the last 2 to contact me at all) & left a vm. I left a message to have her & one of her bosses to contact me so I may share my grievances but they did a great job ducking me like they owed me money. I told Tori to contact me BEFORE 1pm b/c I had to get ready for work. I got a call from her 1:20 when I was headed out the door & told her to not call unless she has a boss with her on the phone. I got a call the next day from Kathryn the 'Owner' & told her I wanted both of them on the phone which I requested & eventually Tori was (for once) not picking her *** & came on the phone with Kathryn. I started describing my grievances & half the time they kept interrupting me & telling me I have mental issues & they don`t want to do business with me. I am not that surprised that the two companies are nasty in the same manner. Do Not Do business with either of these companies. I have contacted the other branches to have a talk with them to sort out their professionalism.

Resolved: Robert Half can`t effin` read

I was looking for work after I finished School in December and it was going to be a hard holiday season because it was going to be the first one since my father died this past summer. I got a call from a recruiting manager from robert Half asking for him on my cell. I asked why they were calling they said "We received a resume from him yesterday". I informed them he died and asked how they got a resume from him they said "I don`t know". Even though my father and I have the same name, it should still be obvious what our names are individually. When this happens I get furious with the management because I figured companies like this could take a few seconds to read an applicants name several times to make sure they don`t look unprofessional. I spoke to their manager and they replied 'Oh, they just said their name wrong' (again furious). I later called back to complain on them both, their upper manager referred to me by my fathers name (again) and said 'You`ll have to accept our apology'. I went over their head to the president & VP and they said 'It was just an accident'. Companies like these should be on top of this kind of thing when it comes to professional respect. I was able to make sure they do not contact me ever again due to this unprofessional behavior. Seriously, you may not think it`s a big deal but names in a business are like decimal points in a numerical figure: They may be little dots but they are VERY important. DO NOT GO WITH ROBERT HALF!

Primus Canada - Not even close to (Prime) Primus

I signed up with Primus for the speed but I left 2 weeks later b/c of the poor service. The 'welcome rep' was bi-lingual which must mean they can butcher 2 languages at once. I kept telling them how to pronounce my name multiple times but they kept getting my name wrong. They were complete *** towards me & denied having me speak to a manager. Where I come from, that warrants disciplinary action. I`ve had another rep offer $50 because of this. That`s just their way of belittling me even though I just started service. When I finally got to a manager they offered the same thing (little ***). I even had an 'Executive manager' by the name of Don, say to me 'We don`t want you as a customer'. They got their wish. I left for a smaller company & don`t have to pay *** jack to Primus for 3 weeks of service. DON`T USE PRIMUS! I stay for the customer service & the speed is secondary. For once, please take pride in your job rather than see us as people who pay your rent.
