Banquet Meals - To help you improve your approach to your target market.

Hello. Certainly you know that your products are price point products. You deliver good food at an affordable price. And apparently don't know, which is the subject of my complaint, that people on tight budgets who are looking for price point products include people over 60. One of the most important considerations of this age group is vision. And obviously one of the most important considerations of your product is being able to read the directions of how to cook it. Okay, let the front of your packaging be a great display of some second year art student's glorious image of your food. But you have the entire space of the back of your package available for instructing me how to cook it. How about if you make the font size of your instructions a little *** bigger. What is it that you have to make them illegible? You make me struggle to read your tiny *** letters, I might buy something more expensive just to be able to read the god damn directions. Sincerely, John.

Pros:
  • Price point
Cons:
  • Your cooking directions are in tiny letters

Preferred solution: Make your tiny cooking instructions font a lot bigger. You have the whole of the back of your packaging.
