Qatar Airways - Very rude security check agents

Not resolved no at Qatar cared about my issue. Speaking to you is even worse no one cares.

At the last check point I received the worst customer service in my 55 years of travel I have been serving in Kuwait and going home for a trip to see my family in over a year. The team of people on duty at the last gate check point teamed up along with a very aggressive male who called me out my name shouted at me made me go threw the check point 3 times and made me take off my hat while the person at the scanner ran my bags threw several times.

The very aggressive male asked me who did I think I was coming to the check point late and that he was going to make me miss my fight. The female that was there joined in helping them humiliate me she made me empty my back pack and purse for no reason knowing I would miss my flight because of the constant check. The aggressive male continued to shout and speak negatively to me with a lot of anger. I asked him not to speak to me in that tone but he became more angry.

Then the security person came running up telling to stop talking get my things and hurry up because I was making his plan late. I am very hurt and upset about this treatment from your employees. I will write a letter to the CEO and the News Media about the horrible treament I received after having enough time to catch my flight without any trouble. The gate was changed and no one would help me with that information.

These delays were because of the constant checks only to find coins. I will talk and write to everyone that I can because I want them to know how I was treated as a female by 3 aggressive males.

The male sitting at the scanner, The male checking me thew the scanner constantly with a lot of hate, The security from the gate shouting get you thing shut up and hurry up. This is unacceptable behavior by your staff.

TV not working and no help from anyone at walmart or their team.

My TV is not working and I have gone back and forward trying to resolve the problem. No one will help you and you are shuffled around to a call center overseas, put on hold for hours, dropped calls after holding on and still no resolution. For over 3 months I have tried. I am 64 years old at home with a brand new BROKEN TV. I am tired and exhausted. What if someone older than me had to go through this. My family and I shop at walmart all the time and this is how a loyal customer is treated after 30 years of shopping at walmart. I paid for my TV plus insurance. No help No resolution. Walmart do not stand by their product when you need them to. VERY UPSET

Hisense - Tv not powering up

No one is helping me solve my problem for a month now. I sent my receipt and other correspondence as asked still no help .

I have also called Roku and given them my info and was told by them your company should help me. I paid for a Tv that is not working and the warranty as well which is 54.00.I am very upset that once purchased in America this overseas company don't care. Numorous phone calls with wait time over an HR. Also being hung up on and not understood after explaining.

I want my tv fixed or a new one. It is unfortunate for me as an American consumer that purchased a overseas product that don't work and the company won't help. I will never recommend anyone to purchase your product.

I don't deserve this treatment after paying my money and did what was asked of me. I don't have 530.00 dollars to just throw in the garbage while you turn your head and close your ears.will.

Walmart - Tv not working purchased warranty would not take tv back

I still do not have a new or fixed TV. I have tried and paid my money for a product that is not working.

It is as if I have given Wal Mart 521.77 and Allstate insurance which is called another name. I have lost all confidence in walmart . I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years and that loyalty means nothing. Customer service or satisfaction was not given to me.

My family and friends shop at walmart.

I am very sad and hurt by this experience as well as walmart choosing not to help but turn their head. I did not steal the TV I purchased it.

I have called about the tv and warranty put on hold numerous times and still no help. I am very upset about the service that was given after paying for a tv that has a manufacturing warranty a store warranty and no one wants to help.

Typically the service plans you purchase cover the repair of the item, not replacement.
