Shapermint doesn't want to Talk to You

I was having problems placing an order. Each time I placed my order through PayPal, it was cancelled by Shapermint and when I tried to call Customer Service the phone numbers were disconnected, or I was advised communications though chat. I just wanted to talk to someone about why my order wasn't getting processed.

User's recommendation: Don't expect personal customer service . All is done via text message or email.

Preferred solution
I just want to know why my order isn't being provessed. Am I not doing this correctly to keep getting rejected?
