I never liked talking to anyone who called in asking for a senior advisor. Dealing with you C U Next Tuesday's we obviously did not care to hear your whiny voice saying how how your day mattered more than anyone else because pornhub would not load on your iPad.
The only incompetence is on your part for not securing your own data. Apple nor anyone else is responsible for recovering "your" data. Data recovery is not guaranteed by anyone unless you shell out 25K with Drivesavers. Honestly, its your own fault.
So your wife forgot her user name and password and you expect someone to pull it out of their rear to fix it for you? Awe snowflake, that's not how anything works.
If you entered your phone's serial number on the website you are given three choices: go to Apple Store, go to AASP (Authorized service centers) or Mail-in option through AppleCare. You choose the long route. If you are going to tell a story, at least get your facts in order. Most likely they denied you because you had unauthorized modifications/accidental damage to your phone or your battery in the phone was not defective but depleted which would not give you a new battery because of the REP.
You're not having shock issues with the USB ports. They don't provide enough power to supply "sparks". You're also not addressing Apple, the company, only readers like myself who laugh at your misfortune and your wild accusations that is so far fetched that only blind sheep would believe you.
Three major hardware component failures within a year GOING on a fourth major hardware failure only would Apple replace the system. However if it is determined that YOU damaged the computer through accidental damage, that Apple would not replace the computer. I know this because I used to listen to whinny people such as yourself and then I would MAYBE replace the computer if I felt like you were entitled to such. Have you tried calling Apple Customer Relations? 800-275-****, give your case number and ask for CR; then maybe you can get what you are looking for. Do not talk to anymore technical advisors until you try to get it replaced (It's called a CRU- Customer Replacement Unit).
It actually was 1 year ago not years ago, and it should never expire since in California gift cards do not ever expire for their original value which in this case is 99.00. But Apple needs the 99.00 more than me I guess.
so you damaged your RV and probably not in the warranty for the company to perform onsite repairs to the vehicle, and I am still unable to see how it's anyone but your own fault....

We didn't damage anything. My point is that an RV is not a good choice for temporary living because they don't warranty anthing on site. If I knew what I know now we would have just rented an apartment. We were upfront with the Dealer when we bought it and nothing was said about having to bring it in for any repair. We would not have bought it!
Maybe you're the arrogant one here or just can't write a proper review of your situation; have you tried performing an erase and install without migrating your data? What testing have you done here to determine you have a hardware issue and that it is your issue? With a repair done from Apple you get 90 days hardware warranty. Try calling 800-275-**** and ask for Tier 2. I hope you can explain it better there than you have done here.
So here is the low down with disputing charges with your credit card and Apple (iTunes): If you dispute the charge aka not contact Apple, then the iTunes support team automatically removes your credit card and blacklists that card in their systems so that you can NEVER use that card again without calling Apple Support. You may also need to go through periodic checkups with iTunes Support if you continue to use it. No where is it documented in the iTunes Terms and Conditions, this is inside information.
Since you don't know what you are talking about or how to use a simple google search, here ya go: Change or remove your Apple ID payment information https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT201266
Thanks for the review, if I am in the market for an RV I'll likely steer clear. However the administrative stuff like the refund is all through the banks. The banks dictate how long a refund may take. Usually they're pretty good within 5-10 business days but a month may also occur. Unless you paid cash this is normal for most businesses.
Open up the Photos.app located in you /Applications. You should be able to import your photos from the iPad into that application. For your iCloud password issue try signing out and signing back in to the System Preferences, iCloud pane. If that does not fix your issue, then it sounds like you have a corrupted Keychains folder in your user database. Navigate to the ~/Library folder and trash the "Keychains" Folder. Then do a reboot. Login and enter all your passwords to your account(s) again. That should fix the password prompts.
So two companies in a different country quoted you similiar pricing and you found someone who did it cheaper; I fail to see how this is Apple's fault. Maybe complain to the other service centers who are individually owned by other people instead of writing garbage here.
Are you new to technology in general or what? You make it sound as if the iPhone is the first storage device in the whole wide world to have less than the stated GB. This has been the norm since time immemorial when it comes to anything storage related, from computer HD's to flash drives to mp3 players, etc. [For example, that 1TB hard drive has less than a whole terabyte of free usable space.] Where do you think the O.S (Operating System) and system files reside? Those take up some GB's, and some more space is "lost" to file formatting as well. Please review http://www.apple.com/iphone-7/specs/ at the bottom in fine print specifically 2. Available space is less and varies due to many factors. A standard configuration uses approximately 4GB to 6GB of space (including iOS and built-in apps) depending on the model and settings. I would have hung up on you as well.
Nooo... Apple did not cause your situation. Your husband had Two Step Verification setup on his Apple ID. You may want to read https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT204974. Apple would not have set this up nor would anyone else. ONLY your husband had set this up.
As per http://www.apple.com/legal/sales-support/terms/repair/generalservice/servicetermsen/ 1.2 Parts and Labor. Apple may provide both parts and labor, but may direct that you replace certain readily installable parts yourself, as described below. In servicing your product, Apple may use parts or products that are new or refurbished and equivalent to new in performance and reliability. Apple will retain the replaced part or product that is exchanged during service as its property, and the replacement part or product will become your property. Replaced parts and products are generally repairable and are exchanged or repaired by Apple for value. If applicable law requires Apple to return a replaced item to you, you agree to pay Apple the retail cost of the replacement item and shipping. This means Apple can replace your device with a refurbished device; and by you agreeing to have service done, means that you also agreed to their terms. You cannot get a new iPhone unless you return your phone and purchase another iPhone. Next time read your TOS on any device(s) you intend to have service.
Since you're a life long customer, would you have thought to research what works with a new Operating System before you go ahead and pull the trigger? Or better yet if you had a Time Machine Backup, you know you could always restore to the previous Operating System and ta-da, you're back in business.
Apple does not charge this high amount for technical support. Apple support for Out of Warranty Technical Support is usually $19 + tax if you are in the United States. It appears you called a 3rd party company for help, was billed by said 3rd party company. In this event, there is nothing Apple would be able to provide to you in the form of a refund as they did not take your billing information. You should contact your credit card company and have them reverse the charge if you do not know who you paid.
Sorry technology moves on, I do not understand where your review of Apple products makes you upset because Apple moved away from obsolete technology...

Have you contacted AppleCare directly at 800-275-****? Have you contacted Apple Customer Relations? When you supposedly brought your phone to this Apple Authorized Service Provider the first time, did you retain your authorized repair work order? If not there is not much you can do as Apple see's it that you took it to an UNauthorized Service Dealer who may have used 3rd party parts on the phone.
When you buy an Apple product, it comes with its one year warranty. Should you have an issue within the one year warranty, Apple will fix or replace your product free of charge as long as there is no damage (I am not talking about the AC+ which covers 2 incidents of Accidental Damage). In that clause which is part of the warranty, Should Apple replace the device you would get a like-for-like replacement device which may be new or refurbished. Sorry you have issues with your device. Have you contacted Apple Customer Relations to lodge a complaint? Have you contacted a Manager at the Apple Retail Store? Have you contacted your carrier to see if they would provide a different device. Although I do not believe you would be entitled to a new phone free of charge, it is worth a shot for you to look into.
have you tried apple.com/feedback or contacting your wireless provider? Apple does not help with carrier stuff like missed calls or loading *** websites on your phone...
Apple only will have a mail-in option for the portable computers. An onsite is only available if you are in North America and you have the AppleCare for the iMac purchased already and registered on your product. A carry-in is the only option weather that's to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.

Well, They came and fix my computers on site! This happens first time since I started with iMacs ( 10 years ago! ) I am very happy and extremely grateful! Taking back my critics!
So let me get this straight, you want access to someone else's account after you decided to tap the update button and it's Apple fault because you don't know the password/security questions to the account in question? Are you on drugs? This isn't something that is done overnight.
You mean to tell us that you could not go to Google and type in: "How to erase iPhone to factory settings"? Talk about lazy: https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT201252
I tried to purchase Logic Pro X with an Apple gift card, it wouldn't redeem and charged my credit card - now Apple won't refund either my credit card or the Gift Card

Bought 32bg storage but looking at the capacity it's only 27.7 gb!
