Verizon - Unreasonable suspend of service

I purchased a pre- paid Verizon phone. Took a trip to area that only uses Verizon service Returned home one day later, and can't use my phone Went to the Verizon store: 23969 NE State Route 3 Ste Belfair, WA 98528 (360) 275-**** It appears that the system is stating the phone has been lost or stolen. The Customer Rep inside store was helpful. however the management that followed was rude, unhelpful, told me to call 800 numbers, which I did, followed instructions, and logged on to chat. I did not report it lost or stolen, All I need is a refund, new phone with number, or turn my service on.. Thank you in advance for you help Eli Furnish
