Hyundai Motor Finance - Due Date of Payment

Hyundai Fiance contacted me and they have passed the buck back to the dealership, Harbor Hyundai. They have yet to contact me.

I received papers from Hyundai after we leased a vehicle from Harbor Hyundai saying our payments were due on the 3rd of every month. No one ever discussed this with us at the Dealership. I called Hyundai Finance and was told they can't change the payment date on a lease. Every contract I have ever signed let's you choose a payment date, Even credit cards let you change the payment date, I believe one time. Had we known this was an issue, we could have given them a down payment and signed papers on the date we wanted. Who's the customer here? Shouldn't I be made aware of the payment due date or choose the payment due date so it doesn't conflict with my other payments? Why can't they change it? I am sure it isn't that difficult and wouldn't you want to please a well qualified customer so they come back? I can't wait to get rid of the lease in 3 years and find a company that will treat me better than this. I am sure I will ask the next time I lease as Hyundai was not forthcoming with this information. With this virus they are selling and leasing less cars than they normally would and one would think they would want to take care of a customer, but it seems Hyundai doesn't care and can afford to lose customers.

Because of their unwillingness to accept packages and help a handicap person, I had to go to the post office. It should have taken less than hour, but because of what they did, it took two hours to drive and go to the post office

I went to the UPS office at 16000 Arminta in Van Nuys,CA. I waited in line even tough I am disabled and when someone asked how they could help, I said I have about 15 boxes in my car and needed help getting them out. The woman said we don't do that here. I said well you have for many years as I have shipped many packages from here. No, we don't do that, you can go to a UPS store, and they can help you, I said no I am not paying more money to go to a UPS store to ship anything. This was going to cost well over $500.00 to ship these boxes, she said there was no one who could help me. First. I am a Disabled person and you are supposed to make accommodation for me when necessary and if you are going to change your policy, you should notify people of said change. I am not used to being treated like that. I took my business to the Post Office and the bill was $660.00 and they were kind enough to help me. I guess UPS doesn't care about my $660 shipping, so I will not go back there.

User's recommendation: Do NOt UPS.. If you go one of their stores as suggested they will charge you more for shipping and the office I went to doesn't help people even if they are disabled.

Waldorf Astoria - Problems using certificates and they are going to expire

They did step up and renew the certificates through April 2021. I should not have had to fight to get the Original certificates nor to get these renewed.

But they did take care of the problem and after this Corona thing, we will be using them for a nice weekend. They have my respect for taking care of this and I look forward to a better relationship with them.

I forgot to mention this was our 25th Anniversary vacation. They also gave us 3 small chocolates as a gift.

Really 3 small chocolates. Should have been something better. Plus my husband can't have chocolates.

We have been Hyatt members for a very long time and that was all they could do? I am considering not staying with them for all they have put us through.

Two years ago we stayed at Casa marina Key West a Waldorf-Astoria property. The left feathers in our room when request for no feathers was made well before we arrived. I ended up in Urgent-Care. Construction going above us on and was never told about it. Fireworks one night for a wedding and never told that it would happen and it scared me at first. WI fought Waldorf- Astoria and finally got them to give me 4 nights certificates that I could use. I use two last yer and then I had a serious fall. I was going to try to use them before they expired and then I had a tooth shatter and had to have dental surgery in January/February. I still have to have further work done, but called and asked if I could get an extension for May and was told it can't be done. They will not extend them. After all I have gone through and then their response to the original complaint. One would think a property like Waldorf-Astoria would take better care and would want us to visit them again, but because I have had to fight them every inch of the way on this, I have no reason to think of them as a place to visit.

I called to discuss my bill and got some offshore place. These places don't understand me nor I them. I asked for an American and was told they can't transfer me. If you are going to do business in America, then have American agents ready to help when requested. I will be cancelling my Direct TV in the very near future because I can't get an American.

I received a bill for April and it was $40.00 higher than my last bill. I called and was told I had to have some P.I.N. number. I said no I don't need a P.I. N. as I am cancelling. She told me I had to have one. I asked for a supervisor and she said supervisor would say same thing. I said fine I'll send you a letter canceling and she said that would not cancel service. I told her my attorney would say otherwise.

they finally got me the download and apologized, but because of their delay in getting the link, I couldn't get the transfer done and move on to to other things. But, for now... it's over.

I purchased the Family Tree Maker software from them earlier this year. I recently had a computer failure and need to download the software again. They asked for proof of purchase and I sent it.They asked which email to use as they had two or three for me. I said anyone of them would work. This was two weeks ago and I still don't have the software which is preventing me from finishing my data transfer, making me keep old computer until all transfers are finished. I am a very busy person and do not have time to keep chasing these people. How long can it take for them to send me the link?

ReadyRefresh - Can't deliver when or what they say

don't have ready refresh water by nestle delivery to you . I supposedly had a delivery last week and they only left a few bottles.

I was told they would be back either that same day or the next as the bottles on the truck were very dirty and he didn't want to leave them. Here it is Tuesday and they still haven't been here. I tried reaching them by phone and got a message they were experiencing a high volume of calls and I would have to call back. This went on for 2 more days.

I couldn't even leave a message for them to call me. Trying to call right now and was told no supervisor available.

I am close to quitting this them. They sent a notice they are raising, delivery, bottles, rental of equipment and something else by $2 each. Not worth it if I can't get service or get someone on the phone.

Recently there was no rhyme or reason to delivery dates. They would call and say one thing and it wouldn't happen. I never have the same driver who know exactly what to leave us and we ended up with more water than we can store.

This company has gone downhill since Nestle bought Arrowhead. You are not worth $2 extra a month.

Geek Squad not a Best Buy

I called Geek Squad today and I was told to do anything about my computer it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours before someone was going to be available. I pay for this service and I shouldn't have to wait that length of time for anything. I can't keep coming back to my computer to check and see if they are there and what if I miss them? When I call that is when I have time to spend on this as I know it takes a bit of time to diagnose. Next, I asked about my Fitbit, purchased in August. Yesterday it decided not to work and its having trouble syncing to cell phone. I tried the usual turning phone off and on, turning blue tooth off and on and replacing the app. Nothing worked. I asked Geek Squad for help and was told I would have to bring it into store they don't do this over the phone. I said then what was the use of Geek Squad? I don't have all the time in the world to run to their store, wait in a line when someone could just tell me over the phone how to fix problem. I said I would return it, she said they would not take it back after 15 days. So I know have $140 something piece of junk to wear on my wrist. Won't be buying stuff from them anymore and I probably won't renew my Geek Squad either.

NordicTrack - Nordic track policies for repairs

I have a Nordic-track Elliptical we purchased several years back from Sears and it needs a repair. I called Nordic track and they said unless I purchased it from them, they couldn't help me. And even if they could give me the name of a repair person in my area, I would have to pay for the service call prior to them coming out. What????? Pay first???? I have never paid anyone for anything I didn't get. Not a dishwasher, pool, oven or any other repair person have I ever paid in advance of a service call. It's a shame they treat people this way. If I can't find a repair person, and I have to buy another elliptical, it won't be a Nordic track, but one I can get fixed whenever I call someone and not have to pre-pay a service call.

Cedars Sinai Medical Center - Cedars Sinai doesn't listen

Went to Cedars Sinai in Los Angeles, not only did I have a 12 hour wait, but no one kept us informed as to what was going on. I sat in ER for better part of day, was told at some point they were waiting for a room. Finally around 3:30 in the afternoon, I was was taken into Cath lab. I explained for the 4th time that I could not have a digital blood pressure cuff and this *** nurse said it didn't matter that's what they had and that is what they would use. She also put thermometers on me that had adhesive. I am allergic. Told her the first one was itching. I took it off, the next one did, I took it off, then the third one she put on my foot and it itched. She said they're hypo-allergenic. Well, no they are not. I itched for three days from that one. This nurse was so bad it actually influenced my hospital stay over the next two days. One of the many doctors who saw me, lied to me and said if I took the meds I could go home. He bullied me, tried to blackmail me and lied. I didn't get to go home until the next day. I had to tell 9 people throughout this ordeal that they couldn't use a digital blood pressure only a manual one and no one,. not one person listened or passed this on. It was a continuous fight. My hand is all red and swollen from where they cut the blood flow off. To say nothing of all the marks from adhesive I am dealing with. Boy do they itch. At some point, I just quit talking to them altogether other than basic I am getting up. They never even emptied the toilet collection where they said they had to measure. It was full and so I had to stand to go to bathroom. I never got an apology from anyone for their lapse in communications. I admit I wasn't very nice the whole time, but it was in relation to how they were treating me. I was already there and dealing with what I was dealing with. I don't need *** people taking care of me who have no clue how to put in a chart about blood pressure, adhesive or anything else or at least pass it on. They have an ad campaign that says they listen. WELLLL...... they don't or my arm and hand wouldn't look as bad as it does. (That is especially to the *** nurse in the cath lab. T Eli
