Umarex USA - Terrible customer service
My 12 year old son had saved money for a while to purchase one of their guns. He finally got it, he loved it. The first day he had it he played for several hours and then it stopped working. I was with him, the gun was not abused in any way. The trigger suddenly lost any resistance, with or without CO2. In his excitement when he first bought it he tossed the receipt. I contacted the company, without the receipt they wouldn't do anything. I asked if there is a repair I could pay for, they said no they don't have replacement parts. No other help, no options, nothing. I'll never buy one of their products again.
