Still not resolved. Corporate customer service said the store manager can do this without corporate involvement.

So I am still banned from this store and have to drive an additional 20 miles to got to a home center. Luckily there is a Home Depot and a Menards closer...

Purchased a new motor scooter April 10, 2021. Got scooter but never received the title papers to get license plates for it. Scooter is useless without this. I have been in daily contact via email as they do not answer phones. The last email from Silvia told me to refrain from emailing them again and to quit harassing them. Phone message tells you to use live chat on the website. Live chat tells you to use email. and email sends to live chat.

User's recommendation: Do not order from this company.

Original Mattress Factory - Weird rules?

My son bought a mattress and foundation that was delivered today. There was an extra charge for taking the old set. The driver refused to take the old foundation as it was too bad condition. Uh yeh, it is worn out that is why he bought a new one. So now I have to try and dispose of this old foundation. Why wouldn't they take the old one? Are they going to try and sell them as new? I have never heard of anything like this from a mattress company. Most people replace mattress and foundation when it is worn out, not when it is still like new.

Does OMF pay their associates extra to come and belittle customers and dispute every review? This is so laughable.

They are a horrible company, none of their associates know the policies, as evidence from the amount of them who can not explain them.

The products the customers actually receive are inferior look a likes to their floor models. *** I bough a $69 king size mattress off of Amazon that was way better quality then what you can get from OMF.

OMF will only take mattress if they are in sanatry condition. Obviously yours was not which is why the drivers wouldn't take it. None of the OMf locations has a used bed license and OMF does not sell used bedding or recycle used bedding into a new mattress.

Then they would have taken it if it was not in unsanitary condition or damaged. I have bought from them six times in the past there was one time they would not take a boxspring because there was a broken slat in it the driver told me he couldn't take it because it could puncture the sanitary bag he has to put it in...

makes sense to me... they are a great company I wouldn't buy anywhere else

Bob Evans Restaurants - Xenia Ohio Bob Evans poor service, lousy food

We were not acknowledged when we came in and were ignored for 20 minutes. No one was seating customers or even taking names for a waiting list. Customers were lined up at both inside and take out registers with one girl trying to cover all of it plus answer the phone. Manager was yelling at all employees and not offering to step in and help. 5 couples finally gave up and left. Last several times we have ate at the Xenia store the food has been lousy. Tastes like old frozen sausage and out of date eggs. Sunday mornings are the only time the service is decent in this place. Usually because two servers manage to take care of customers. Managers don't do anything.

When separating sentences you should leave two spaces. Everyone makes mistakes in spelling and grammar, but for you call someone old enough to work a girl when you don't even have simple third grade grammar skills makes you appear foolish.

Capital One - Lax security

I have a Capital one credit card. A few months ago they sent me an e-mail stating that I had successfully added another person to my account and changed my mailing address. I tried to log in but all my security questions had been changed. Somehow they allowed someone to call in and change everything on my account and get issued another card. I had to pay to get a new card issued and the old one canceled. Took me over a month to get my account back. Why should I have to pay for their mistake? Somehow this total stranger in another state was able to get my password plus answer my security questions and go into my account and change things. I only access my account on my home computer, never used a public computer so that method is not possible. Also was charged a $20 expedite fee to get a 2 day delivery of a new card. A week later the card arrived and it had already been canceled by Capitol One for some reason. Another week later I got a card and control of my account back. Just today got that account paid off and will never use Capitol One again.

Scoot Magazine - Subscription rip off

I just paid for a one year subscription to this magazine. After one issue I was sent a letter that they are stopping publication with the next issue. They should not have accepted my 1 year subscription if they were going to stop publication the next month. They are still advertizing subscriptions at their web site. Beware of this magazine. I paid for a years subscription and got one issue. As far as I can find, there are no other magazines in print to cover motor scooters and mopeds. Is this common for today's magazine industry? I enjoy reading printed material.
