ATT - At&t, cingular sucks

I used to have a prepaid phone from cingular and at&t. When I had my phone stolen, I called them and had my phone teminated....They charged me about $60 even after I suspended my phone. (Even tho, it was prepaid, I had it automatic paypent thru my bank account). I called them again to get credit for the payment. They transfered so many times and still coulnt give me credit with all the *** reasons. So I told them just make sure it wont never happen again.....OF COURSE THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN!!! I figured it is worthless to call them again to fix this...so I ended up closing my bank account. NEVER EVER WILL RETURN TO THEM.
