I wouldn't hire anyone of their "professional" turf installers.

We are sorry that you had a bad experience with an independant contractor. Unfortunately we have little to offer you to resolve your issues, as you are not our customer. We suggest that you pursue any and all appropriate action against the contractor that did not perform as agreed upon. We train many individuals and small businesses in the proper way to install artificial grass, and the vast majority of them are honest and professional. However, we always recommend that consumers exercise due diligence and should perform their own investigation of the contractor prior to signing any contracts or giving anyone a deposit. Some ways to do this are to check for a valid contractors license by doing a google search for "california contractor license search", verify that the contractor has the proper insurance and bonds, and ask to see some of their recent projects in your area. You may even ask to speak to a couple of their previous customers to see if they were happy with the work. Always use reasonable caution before entering into an agreement or transaction with another party!

Spoken like a true Attorney. I will still advise consumers not to do business with you. We have a lot of people stopping by, to inquire about our turf, which was installed by another company, not involved with you guys. I will be sure to warn them not to do business with you. And I guess having a lying manager in your Covina store is perfectly fine with you, too...Good to know...
