I've tried calling them multiple times. I can't find an email address either. I need this money and it's just gone thanks to offer ups great customer service.

I tried to call a number but got no answer. I really can't believe that it would cancel the order once I dropped it off. There was no option for me to press send so it all seems like a big scam.

I shipped my item but it said canceled. Then proceeded to tell me id get the money but never did. My account just says error anytime I click on deposit and transactions
