King Surplus FRAUD LIARS THIEVES

I bought an item from King Surplus and it arrived damaged. They said they packaged the item properly and said they are not responsible. They said it's freight shipped the shipment and it's not their fault. Be careful of king surplus or you will be out thousands like me. King surplus reviews complaints. Terrible company. Beware. Don't buy from these people. The item was damaged and they don't stand by their products. I cannot believe this company is in business. See how many other complaints they have. The item was damaged and they did nothing to resolve the situation. No customer service.

Response to Leatte Lovelace comment on 15-04-2011 15:18: What she failed to mention is: 1. She did a shipment for us and we paid that invoice.

After we paid the first invoice she mailed in a second invoice for the same shipment. Our accounting department paid that second invoice before realizing what happened. When we questioned her she said her freight company charged her an additional amount over the original amount she quoted us.

When we asked her to fax us proof of the additional charges SHE COULD NOT PROVIDE THAT INVOICE so we put a stop payment on the check. CFO KING SURPLUS

These people do not pay!!! I have a transportation company and provided them good service.

They did send a check...only to stop payment on it. Liars and thieves!!

I JM wrote a comment about King Surplus on 11-23-09. King Surplus did however address and compensate us for the problem that we had with the item we purchase from there company.

The situation was addressed, and the problem was satisfied with us by King Surplus. We are completely satisfied with how King Surplus handled our problem.

WE BOUGHT AIR COMPRESSOR AND IT ARRIVED COMPLETELY DESTROYED AND UNUSABLE(DOA). THE PACKING WAS TERRIBLE AND HAD NO CHANCE TO MAKE IT TO OUR FACILITY IN MD.

This is totally false. She has a frunal home and purchased a 40 year old otposy table from a hospital liquidation.

We have photos of the asset when it was shipped and it was in perfect condition. The item was damaged in shipping. We tried to help her file a freight claim from the shipper but she would not accept their offer. The item only had $200 of damage and she wanted $900 and to keep the item.

The shipper would not do that. She was using FEEDBACK EXTORTION to move us to give her all her money back and keep the item too! The written agreement we have is very simple, return the item and we will refund the money and collect from the shipper any damage. Even Walmart require the customer to return the item if they want a refund.

Please check our feedback out of eBay and you will see that we have been selling for almost 10 years with 99% positive feed back. We have been in business for 40 years
