My problem is consistent. Every single time I need a new prescription, I have to spend hours on the phone.

look up the number for CMS online and report them. They are bullies and they are bullying the customers to use their mail order. They are also auditing all the mom & pop pharmacies and taking so much money back from them for not keeping good records of customers signatures (even if the customer says hat they got the medication, if the pharmacy can't locate the signature from 18 months ago, they take money back from the pharmacies) then they cancel the contract and take the customers to Optum Mail order.
