Apple - Iphone switch - lost $195

Paid $195 for an iphone and got a necklace. Don't buy from Huang Sisi! - is a scammer; and paypal won't help. I am being requested to write more, but that's really all there is to it. The email of confirmation was written in chinese and I had to sign 2-3 places at the post office to make pick up. Shopping overseas with different laws and lack of communication makes this a bad match. I wish my husband wasn't so trusting, but he would never scam anyone and thought the best of this seller. Thank you.
