Rude and disrespectful verbal attitude directed to me by one of Lowes upper managementO employees

January 17, 2021 9:15 am. I went to the appliance dept. to purchases a refrigerator. There was one salesman and one person (Kieth) loading an item on a cart. Kieth had on a green vest not red like all the other employees. At that time there were six other people waiting at the salesman desk that need help. After waiting for fifteen or more minutes I and three other discussed customers decided to just leave. The salesman said he was the only one there. I went to the customer service desk to wait for my turn and asked to talk to the manager. She said there are no managers anymore but, I could talk to Shane. Shane at the time was helping another customer. I waited more than fifteen minutes just waiting my turn. Another person approached me Kieth whose name was three on the board just under Shane's. Kieth asked me what's wrong. I told Kieth there were six customers in appliance dept. waiting for help and only one salesman. Keith's reply to me was (AND SO). I said that your reply (AND SO). Keith walked away saying (THAT IT WAS CORPORATE'S POLICY. YOU DON'T LIKE IT CALL THEM). I decided to stay and talk to Shane who was still with the same customer. A few minutes later Keith came back up to me and asked if he could help me. i told him no I was waiting to talk to Shane. Keith reply was (SO YOU CAN COMPLAIN SOME MORE) then Keith walked away. I got a chance and talked to Shane. I told him about six customers waiting for help. Shane said he was sorry and had more people coming in soon. I then told him how disrespectful and rude Keith had been to me. Again Shane said he was sorry. And was going to have a talk with Kieth. I would like to file a formal complaint on Keith. And also Lowes for not training their employees as to the proper way to speak to a customer and how to properly hand the situation.

Apology from Keith, Lowes and for Keith for attend training as to how to properly speak to a customer. I also want to shadow Keith for a week after his training with pay. m

Walmart - Pisssed off !!!!

I have spent hours trying to confirm my Walmart purchase of a protection plan for the TV I had purchased. How difficult must it be. Walmart and Allstate can take their protection plan and shove it. I recommend that no one buy a TV , computer, etc. from Walmart. But most of all don't buy their protection plan. I can't imagine what it would be like to file a claim. HOW SAD
