URGENT matter!! American Home Shield: Please, I don't own the money in the amount of ($125:00 in August 28, 2020) that you are requesting, Mayer's company is not to be sent backout to my home, I spoke with a customer care rep His Name is Jason, and he started that Mayer's company would Not be sent backout to my house. And they would returned to my account the money in the amount of $125:00 that was taken from my account in July of 2020. I have not had My AC working since July 28, 2020, I have a disable husband living inside the house, we had to move in with my daughter. Each time Myers air conditioning company came out they have made the problem even worse. Please don't send them out to my house again I will not open the door.
