Omega Juicers - Horrible Customer Service
I have the vertical low-speed juicer and it just stopped working less than a year from when my husband bought it. Since it's under warranty, we emailed them in June telling them the juicer just stopped turning on. They responded 5 weeks later asking what model and our info so they can generate an RMA. We emailed them immediately back and it's now 8/28/20 and I still haven't heard back on how I can send it back to them. We've emailed twice asking them how we can move forward and still no response. I understand it's COVID and they're probably slow in responding, but this has been going on since 3 months ago and I still haven't shipped my juicer back to them for repair. If they can't commit to their product guarantee they shouldn't offer them in the first place. At this point, I will just need to purchase another juicer from a different brand obviously.
