hi my name is Yen lung kuo and my contact number is 310 895 **** and i am just a customer who like to shop at your store or outlet as i always do.the whole incident took place yesterday 08 26 2020 at 3pm at POLO RALPH LAUREN polo factory store 100 citadel drive #301 commerce CA 90040so prior to this incident i went on august 12th 2020 at 4.25pm and i purchased 5 items from this store and i went back home very excited and happy then on august 26 2020 i went back again to return and find some more options but i did not find any which i liked so i walked up to the cashier and i gave the item to the cashier to do the return the cashier name is as given to me PIERRE so unprofessional rude and aggressive this is what happened step by step with quotes Yen (myself) : hello sir gave the item

Pierre : (no smile no word ) took the product (unwelcoming)

Yen : waiting for the return PIerre : no word from him gave me 336.56 ( so the cashier gave me back 100 dollar note which had 3 of them one of them was a old shown with the attachment. and then he closed the register Yen : excuse me sir could change me that old 100 dollar note please Pierre : look at me and and said i just closed the register i cant open it again for you (no thankyou no service no smile and very rude )so at this point i thought maybe the register had no change so i also had another receipt fior return and i thought he was going to give me that change and he did not say anything so i waited and he gave me back the change and closed the register again and he ignored me and started dealing with another customers transaction.Yen : sir pls can you pls change that note for me Pierre : look man dont play with me dont play with me i am not going to give you any change and looked at me in a very angry expression Yen : ok can i speak to the manager Pierre : you go and look for him yourself ( can you imagine is this how you treat me customer like this very rude Yen : so i went and looked for the manager and the manager MIKE was also rude he said sir i am not going to give you any change or change that old 100 dolar bill and the manager said you can leave the store and so i kept requesting the manager Mike he kept asking me to and saying i quote "leave my store now or else i will call the securiHUH HUH for what i should leave the store why ?at this point i quote Pierre : this is LA this is LA ( at this point he held his Fist hard in front of me the customer as if he is going to hit me so i said how could you show your behavior and i said why r u holding ur fist are you to hit me and also he used the fowl language F word loud infront of all the customer this is all in the camera pls check the camera

then the cashier Pierre grab my 100 dollar and said ok you dont want it i will not give it to you.

so i stood there and i kept asking pls change the old 100 dollar note for me the cashier was extremly rude first of all in a highly reputed company and store an employee cannot or cant use F word and also held his fist at me at the custormer i couldnt believe this never in my life i had come across pls check the camera and review and investigate this.

i am humiliated disgraced and insulted by this employees behaviour even the manager did not talk to me or handle the situation he was also very rude.

so i left the store and then after a while the employee Pierre came out and started attacking me in the outlet and came up straight infront my face called me bad launguage and luckily the outlet security guard was there to support me.

my question is why am i banned in entereing the shop when i did enter agian the employee was yelling " bro leave the store loud but i ignored : i finally left the stire.

i have been to nany RALPH LAUREN STORE AND OUTLET but i had never come across this.

pls investigate this matter the cameras in the store are the proof of it .pls review the camera you can. thank you RALPH LAUREN POLO i will always visit again.
