Engen Garage - Worst customer service ever

the cashier sold me wrong airtime when i went to complain she started accusing me of lying shouting and pointing a finger at me and told me that i would be assited the following day cause ngiyadelela when i asked the manager to intervine he defended his cashier and told me he had to drive far from where i came from to have his time wasted and he also told me i would only be helped the following day i had to leave my R100 worth of airtime behind to be assisted the following day cause the manager known as jamane didnt want to help me he said i should come the following day amakula will help me he was reffering to the indians which i found ****** and disturbing for him to label people racially especially his employers the manager was so arrogant as if he is untouchable and nothing will happen to him in terms of descipline so was his cashier the customers means nothing to them i was disgusted by the service i got in that service station in a sense that i would never set my foot there until they up their customer service manager and cashier must be held accountable for their bad service
