Shapermint - Never received my order. Can I get a refund?

Order #SM518**** was shipped on Aug 2, 2020. Tracking had said it was on its way for pick up from deliverer. Now its saying not found . I would like a refund. Automated customer service is impossible to get an answer to my questions.
