Dutchmen - False advertising

On the Dutchmen website they bragged r-40 insulation in the roof package, and EPDM roof covering. I have a 2013 Dutchmen Denali 38.5 ft fifth wheel and installed a new skylight in the kitchen because it was so dark. Was very surprised to find only 2inches of fiberglass insulation, and only a thin film of reflective foil under the OSB roof decking, ( which is swelling at the seams). Now have a black line every four feet on the roof and a noticeable lump of swelling there. How they could come up with R-40 rating is a joke. Also found that the roof does not have the EPDM roofing membrane as advertised. It is vinyl and when you put new sealant around the skylights etc, ( which needs to be done every other year) the Dicor self levelling sealant causes a chemical reaction with the glue and the vinyl roofing forms bubbles. We loved the floor plan and the trailer pulled very nicely, but really are shocked the false advertising on the website, which in turn has caused problems when you try to address the issues around the vents and skylights when the sealant turns black and cracks, causing leaks. You should not have to reseal these every other year. There has got to be a sealant that will not crack and turn black every other year and is safe with vinyl. This roof covering is very similar to dura decking , which i have used on wood decks for patios. Is there any class actions lawsuits in the works addressing these issues at Dutchmen? Would love to get involved with that. This is not the kind of fraud that should be tolerated by unsuspecting RV buyers.
