Save A Buck Enterprises - On-Line Merchant Does Not Play Fair
This merchant sent me a defective item. He asked me (via email) to return the item to him and he shipped me a replacement that was fine. He refused to reimburse me for the cost of sending back the defective item to him - he stated that his return policy says that buyers must stand the cost of returning an item. (True). However, he is an E Bay seller (this order was done through E Bay) and E Bay's policy clearly states that in the case of a defective item the seller must stand the return cost, regardless of the seller's published return policy. He insists he was not responsible for buyer's return shipping costs.
