Experian - Deceptive and Won't Stop Charging my Card...After Repeated Requests

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I was deceived into credit card charges of $26.55 ea. month when I thought it was for $1.00.

I've tried, for well over a year, to get experian to stop charging my credit card. I've called, more times than I can count, reported this to my credit card company and even cancelled the card (twice) and requested a newly assigned account number. Somehow, experian still charges the account...every month. When I call them, they tell me different stories.

They hang up after long hold times, say they're going to cancel the charges and don't or they might say they can't find the account and it goes round and round...wasting my valuable time and money. They will not stop charging the card! I don't know what to do and then I wondered how many others have had this same problem. So, I searched and found many others!

I'm thinking I need an attorney but this is ridiculous...right? I found there are class action suits and experien needs to be listed. I left a message with classaction.org. I'm going to try to find one or create a suit to get money for all my wasted time or months I couldn't call and they charged me.

It takes time (I don't have) on the months, when I call my credit card company, for them to they take it off. But they keep telling me to call and stop the charges through experian. I've spent hours and hours on the phone. American Express doesn't seem to be able to block them from charging.

It's like I'm caught in some twisted twilight zone episode of the ruthless, greedy and relentless stalking company..."experian!" I'm so tired of taking to representatives, supervisors etc...who do nothing to stop these charges. Please don't end up like me! If they want you to buy anything...run!

Pass the word quickly so others are not ripped off like this. Something needs to be done to stop this.

Rosewholesale - Took MY Money And Did Not Send Items!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I saw this on FaceBook and thought it looked like a good deal for designer clothing. I see they also sell under other names like FASHIONMIA.COM. They took my money and after waiting months because they told me it takes a while from China...I thought the items would come. They did not arrive and I did not receive a refund. I didn't have the time to keep chasing it down but I feel like we have enough people for a class action lawsuit. I have seen so many comments on here and another site and they are branching out to rip other people off. This is unreal that they are not only able to do this but to prospser and branch out!

Fashionmia - Ripped Off! How Can They Continue To Get Away With Robbery!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Too bad I found this site too late. I should have searched reviews before giving them over $200.00! They have more than one web site to rip people off. Fashionmia, Miafashion and a few others with the same chothing. I feel like they post designer clothing pictures and then create $2.00 knockoffs. The clothing, material and workmanship are HORRIBLE! They will not refund your money and sending back to China is too expensive. They tell you to exchange but you won't get replacement items and then it's too late to cancel and get your credit card company to dispute. If you do get the few items that trickle in after several weeks...they will be so disappointing...nothing like the pictures and sizes are small. I guess that's to save more on material. Think cheap fabric and high school sewing project...then go lower in quality. But worst of all is they keep getting away with this and ripping off more and more people...even advertising on FaceBook! PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR LIES! SAVE YOURSELF AND BUY SOMETHING YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO THROW OUT OR GIVE AWAY! These designer clothes for less are too good to be true. Somebody Stop Them!

Yes! I actually filed a police report and a report with the FBI.

I ended up getting their official owners info and turned it all over. I'm also fighting with paypal but they are being very resistant. I have seen comments from people who have not been able to get their money back. If they don't refund my money, I'm going to see if I can get someone to start a class action suit.

I know there are a lot of ladies who have been ripped off and paypal is not wanting to honor their promise since they are losing money and they need to stop allowing this company to use their services. Thanks for your comment.
