Cycleworks Sanitation - Bill for pickup of garbage

Received robo call after business hours about bill for services due. Tried to call next business day, Friday April 7,2015, all day. Recorded message said they were swamped with calls and to use their website for payment. Wanted to talk to person about not receiving a bill in the mail, but their mailbox full!! In the last year and a half, their office procedures have left a lot to be desired, mainly their failure to talk to their customers.. I pay when I get a bill in the mail, which means no bill, no payment! When did they stop mailing out bills for service to customers? I never signed up for any other type of notification about my pickup. I may not have enough to put out every week, but i would like my garbage picked up when I do put out my receptacles.
