Home Shopping Network - Buyer Beware!

Order Philips Airfryer from HSN, they were the only one's who offered it in red. Never received it, it was out of stock, so they could not resend. They credited my account, but were extremely rude about it, only to send me a letter several months later stating that they decided that I had received it, and charged my account anyway. Unbelievable. What despicable customer service. There was no signature, absolutely no proof it was delivered to the correct address. They even ask me to go to my neighbor's home to see if it had been delivered there in error. How can a company do business this way? Don't trust them with your credit card! Thieves!
