I have been dealing with this company for about three months now having a sun room built today is 7/12/2018 and still not finished this has went wrong from day one the sale rep Bob has not been truthful he has told story after story as to why the crew has not finished this job the first this was the windows that was ordered was supposed to white but they came clay I told them to put the in I was not waiting another two weeks for them to order new ones second thing was that the electrician was supposed to run the electrical but never showed I had to pay out of my pocket to have this done at $700 and the third thin now has been the french doors have not been installed and the rest of the job completed now for over two weeks I have ask for the to contact me two times but have not heard anything from him I was told the reason that this has went this way is that the sales rep Bob lost my paper work not very professional someone could have built a house by now I wold not recommend Columbus seamless to anyone so consumer beware keep in mine that this was told to me that it was going to be completed over two week ago still no work and still excuses P.S. no need for the company to respond to this post Just finish the DAMN JOB. this will be sent to the BBB on the FTC as a formal complaint

Mr. Joey Eiland contacted me about the issue with my pool he has always been a very nice guy with that said he has fixed the issue above and beyond just to make me a happy customer Mr.Eiland takes pride in his work and with him fixing the problem with my pool shows that his main concern was to get me back swimming again THANK YOU JOEY FOR TAKING PRIDE AND CARING FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS . p.s this will be a five star if anyone needs pools.

I had a in ground pool installed about 4 1/2 year ago this pool was over $27,000 dollars was good for a short time but began to have problems and as long as I was giving him business he would fix what came up but now this year the pool started sinking on left side and continued to get worse I have spoke with Mr. Joey Eiland he told me that he will take care of me keep in mind this problem started with the install of the pool his guy that was dinging the hole had built up on the left side of the pool wall with dirt this is where the issue lies now the wall has sunk about 2 inches and the pool liner on the left side is pulling away from the wall and the concrete walk on the left side has sunk. This pool has cost to much for it to being doing this but the topper is he want me to pay him $4,200 to fix the issue that if he had put it in correctly the first time we would not be having this problem. I have more photos buyer beware.

we've had our pool for 39 yrs only redone last year its possible to have a great pool and do more enjoying than grieving make them fix go to court if necessary

Master Tanning

I bought a $4,800 Dollar stand up tanning booth from Master Tanning and have dealt with Kevin from New Bern. NC. can't get them to return a call with several messages left about the tanning equipment that I purchased from there company they will call you when they are trying to get you to purchase a product from them but when payment is made to this company then you will not here from them when you have a problem with what they have sold you I promise that everyone in the tanning industry that I know will be warned about the way they conduct business I have tried and contacted the manufacture about this but they are just as bad ProSun International I am turning both company's into the Better Business Bureau and then the Federal Trade Commission along with legal representation if this is not resolved

I bought this stand up tanning booth from ProSun International for $5,000 dollars and can't get an answer as to why it is not tanning after two week of 12 min sessions still not getting the tan this unit is supposed to deliver I have called in to this company and spoke with David and then Jennifer with tech support and told me that she would get back with by the next day 4 days later and still no call i feel that this unit was miss represented for what I paid for this should work very well I have tried everything calling an electrician to make sure things are right on my end and they are ProSun is trying to get me to buy a buck booster witch is another $250.00 dollars for me unless this company makes this right I will make sure that everyone I know in the tanning industry not to buy from this company and then I will take further action right now it is just a oversized noise making light machine.

This is hysterical. Only thing that would have made it better is if you'd find have said: I wish someone said: I bought this time machine for $5000 and after 2 weeks of 12 minutes sessions, I'm still sitting in my *** family room.

What happened with your tanning bed did the sellers make it right? Do you know if it is still under manufacturer warranty?

It looks very nice from the outside.

I hope you used a regular credit card when you made the purchase you get much more protection that way.A debit card does not give you the same protection like a credit card.

If i ever make a high dollar purchase, overseas or another country i will always use my husbands Chase Credit Card.I know i have much more security that way.

I have never had an Asics shoe I ever liked, as they wore down oddly, made squeaking noises, and the canvas stretched out. Glad is wasn't just me. I've moved onto New Balance.
