Medical City Green Oaks Hospital - Review in Hospitals, Clinics and Medical Centers category from Dallas, Texas

WtfMedical City Green Oaks Hospital this Mental Health crisis facility gave me a shot of some drug via injection for simply trying to tell them i have anal scaring from using generic toilet paper from public bathrooms to much, they vowed to say I was being disruptive and they did this twice, first it came from a nurse with a heavy accent then a nurse on an entirely different dorm supported her Legacy only this time I took the pill form factor, so basically I Bled when I wiped so I was trying to ask for baby wipes, not only this but they put me on what they call line of sight restriction over the matter instead of just dealing with it head-on this is Criminal and highly irresponsibWtfle

User's recommendation: be aware that the maturity of Green Oaks Medical cities Hospital as nurses and staff with heavy accents, and will literally take sarcasm literally, probably over sea nursing licenses if that's such a thing.

Simple Mobile - Their phones are usually old or have bad batteries

I recently bought a phone that's not even a year old a Motorola e6 and when i got it buying it directly from the website the battery was bad it takes up to 14 18 hours to charge sometimes you can put it on the charger and let it charge all night and wake up and it'll have a lower charge than when you put it on, seems the only way to charge it is to turn it completely off and then let it charge for like 8 hours which is complete *** the way it was advertised on the website it said all day battery life and then when I got it on the box it said 12 hours battery life, but anyways apart from that apart from simple Mobile side of things the phone literally only wants to accept the charger that came with it that in conjunction with the bad battery simple Mobile always ships their phones with bad batteries and that spells for a big waste of money for me, their customer service isn't any better either I called to try to ask and see if there was a way I could replace the battery they demanded that I have another phone to call them from even though this is the only phone I have in order to troubleshoot my phone probably tell me stereotypical things that I've heard them say that have nothing to do in relation to solving the problem and I even suggested oh should I get on the digital chat thing and they said oh yes oh yes which is BS because they should be able to help me versatile in any situation, I said that literally as a test to the customer service representative and she failed horribly and I've performed many of these tests and they failed it openly recorded on audio and yet I've even tried to talk to the managers they get somebody on the phone to impersonate the manager and then Cthulhu the *** out of everything I say Cthulhu but I believe they're from the Philippines matter of fact I think I asked, but aside from that they never get trouble for *** *** customer service and they do this stuff on purpose, simple Mobile? more like not so simple mobile

User's recommendation: if you buy a phone from their website be prepared to replace it with a new battery from eBay, also whenever you go to re-up your service from calling and getting the automated system make sure you're in a no noise background and even if it doesn't ask use one for yes two for no.
