Venmo - Terrible customer service will no help customers out

I wanted to make sure someone knows what is going on this will not be the only email until the correct action is done i have your card for my direct deposit and accidentally put the wrong account number by one number the last number only, i have contacted and called and called and called only to be told i have no right to know where my money is and no help or solution was offered, for a company who only has been dealing with direct deposit for a few months i guess your company has a lot to improve there was 10-13 deposits in the amount of $908 deposited on the 7th of august and when i called for help i kept being told to call my state for different information to locate the funds only to find from my state that you couldve found the funds and return them to my state of Massachusetts with only my social security number how could your staff have put me through so much when it was that easy for you to locate my funds. So here i am still collecting the information you are asking you give me no solution or peace of mind that the bank/card i choose and trust to receive my money only tells me your more concerned with the privacy of the other account holder which not once did i ever ask for any information about them all i wanted was for this bank is to send i back. No matter who I tried to speak to Edward b, in the #2051****...Christian m #2057**** to only keep telling me i needed more information or nothing i can due to privacy. Then I find out that you only blame me for the error what about your agent that posted it with the information not matching and on your website i found that you are to return it or you couldve verified my information and deposited it accurately but you gave me no choice now your telling me that the state has to recall the deposit when i called them and told them that they laughed and made a comment you guys are trying to keep my funds. Thank you for all the trust and your concern for me your customer who has been trying to get this resolved for over 2 weeks...again the right thing was to return them, I have no financial trust in this company...no other card has ever been this cold and so non customer satisfaction, i will keep trying to locate my funds for they are legal mine and you have to right to keep them. If you require any email i have all of them i have the bath number and the ach number to all of the deposits how could you not have returned them already.
