I stopped shopping at Home Depot a few months ago when it became apparent they no longer had manned check-outs---only the self-checkout ones. I despise these things and refuse to shop at any store that forces you to use them. Find a different and better store to shop at, eg., Lowe's, Menard's, etc. Or, find a local hardware store and give them some business.

The self service checkouts are great. They are much quicker than having a cashier to communicate with or waiting behind customers shooting the breeze with the cashier while others are waiting.
Well, Karen the store employees obviously have not been brain-washed into cowering with a muzzle over something no more serious than the annual flu. Best you stay out of Ollie's.
Not out of date. Best by 01/08/21. & I drank a huge swallow of the drink before noticing the off flavor & bad taste, then I haven't drank anymore of it.
Appears you used a debit card if you need a refund. If you had used a credit card you could have disputed the charge. You can, in theory dispute a debit on a debit card, but they already have your money and the odds of success are slim.
I suspect King Gillette is rolling over in he grave at how the present gaggle of executives at the company he founded is acting. Remember, Proctor & Gamble now owns Gillette and if you buy any products made by P&G you are still supporting the knaves in charge at this morally-corrupt conglomerate. I suggest Schick razors, or any other brand will work just fine for you from now on.
You need to carefully, and I mean carefully pick the strand of hair up with a clean tweezers and place it in a sterilized container and cap it up securely. You might have inadvertently discovered one of the missing strands of Napoleon Bonaparte's hair taken shortly after he died on Saint Helena on May 5, 1821. If so, you are potentially very, very rich---and deservedly-so! You should contact Sotheby's in London as soon as possible in order to ascertain the value of such a find. Now, what you need to do next is continue to buy the same food item and keep a good look-out for more hair strands. Who knows, you could find a strand of Marshal Lannes or even one of Marshal Murat's .
Briggs & Stratton used to be a well-build and reliable maker of small engines. Emphasis on the "used to be." In the last few years I have avoided any machine that uses their engines because they are now unreliable----your case is illustrative of the problem(s) I have encountered. I now first look at the engine manufacturer on any machine I wish to buy and if it is a B&S I continue looking. I bought another John Deere S240 with a Kohler engine and it has performed in an excellent manner for the past year. A John Deere X540 with a Kohler engine has done the same since I bought it in 2007. As far as I am concerned, B&S engines are now mostly junk.
You state will have an insurance regulatory and licensing agency. Go to your state's main webpage and find the appropriate agency and contact them. If unable to find out whom to contact, then contact your local state representative and/or senator and ask for help in this matter. The limited info you gave us provides little for us to go on.
Sounds like you used a credit card to rent the car. If so, file a dispute for the charges. If nothing else, this will cause a dispute fee of (usually)$25 or so to be charged against Avis by your card company. You may also win the dispute, which is even better, as Avis will not get their silly charge and still have to pay the dispute fee. You might also find a different rental car company or just stay out of Illinois altogether.
You were getting hosed on the monthly rate and glad to see you dropped Spectrum. Nowadays there is no reason to pay for cable telly services. You can keep the cable internet service and then stream all the tv shows, movies, etc. you want via Netflix, Amazon Prime, a Roku box, direct from the internet, etc. Buy a cheap antenna and get local over the air stations for free. Do some research. It is not at all comlicated.
Amazon.com is fast becoming unreliable in actually delivering it's goods to members. The reason is not the people who select, pack and send out the boxes, but the delivery method and companies used to get it to you. It now appears your package may start out being shipped via FedEx, etc.,but it is then delivered to your local post office which is unreliable in actually getting it to you in the promised two days. And, there is nothing you can do about it. There is no way to complain to Amazon about their lousy shipping method(s) which means Amazon really could care less. Best to buy from someplace other than Amazon if at all possible, even if you have to pay a couple dollars or so more. Why shop at an arrogant and now unreliable company like Amazon? No need to.

Well I guess if based solely on your argument here; if you actually plan ahead you wouldn't need something in 2 days or less. And yes, just so I dont have to respond to this question later, *** comes up, emergencys happen. That's what a physical store can still do for you in the age of the internet.
Sounds like the Salvation Army in my area although the guys at Goodwill are very good. The local management sets the tone and operation. Find a Salvation Army store in your area and see if they are better. If not, local churches may take some stuff. Or, just throw what you want into the trash if friends, neighbors or relative don't want it.

The Goofy name "Salvation Army" pretty much says it all.
Everything is in packaging, nowadays and yes, it is a pain to have to get rid of this junk. However, even if you have a small yard just get a metal 50 gallon drum from Tractor Supply or Home Depot, etc. and use that to toss the paper and plastic packaging into and then just burn it up once the drum is about half full. This is the best way to deal with the problem. Alot faster than trying to tear it up, etc. The kids can roast marshmallows in the fire as a treat.

I have the same problem with my JD X540. The lift arm on the left deck side has broken twice now in the past four years. I now keep a spare on hand. I suspect two things are causing these things to break: cheaply-made with inferior steel and stress put on the deck/lift arm while mowing. I have tried to "baby" the thing by going over bumpy ground slowly and also not turning the machine tightly, thus putting undue stress on the deck/lift arm while turning. I thought this was just a problem with one particular John Deere model, but apparently not. I am your age and have had John Deere equipment for decades but have noticed a slow decline in quality over the past few years. Still, John Deere remains better than most other brands I have seen. Good cutting.
I believe your head is very far up into the clouds from the way you talk. Netflix can do as they wish and if you don't like their rules and procedures, then don't purchase their product(s). This is not rocket science.

Do you enjoy being controlled by large organisations? You imply that you are happy to have what you watch, controlled by them. There is NO rocket science in how companies react to consumer desires. I prefer to have non controlled access to movie viewing, choose as I wish. I do not like selecting a popular trending movie, series or whatever to then be told that I MAY NOT watch it in my region. I am using freedom of speech to emphasize the same value in freedom of viewing. I do not enjoy being manipulated by large companies, etc.
I expect you failed to really read what you were signing up for. Your probably had a time limit in which to cancel your "membership" or "subscription" or auto delivery or some such terminology. Apparently, your bank caught the problem, having identified the company as being a problem with others. Keep a close eye on your charge account, however as they may try to charge you again in the future.
It has become nearly impossible to find chicken that is not tainted with blood. Just look at the fried chicken you get when you buy, for example an 8 piece box from any of many stores that sell this stuff in their deli---it is filled with dried, black blood. This is due to the way the birds are killed and processed. Chicken is cheap but rather badly processed if you purchase one of the few major brands like Perdue and Tyson. We now buy our chicken from a local meat store who gets it from a local supplier. The taste and quality is much higher than the junk you get from Perdue and others. Of course, the cost is higher, but we prefer to pay a bit more for better quality. In your situation, I would try different brands and see if there is a reasonalbly-priced brand you can try. Biting into a piece of fried chicken only to encounter dried, black blood has caused me to stop eating the junk and throwing it out for the coyote on more than one occasion.
As soon as you saw the charge on your credit card---because you always closely monitor your card's activity---you should have disputed the charge. At this point, it seems you had no luck with Frontier's glorious customer service and they eventually sent it to collections. You have a number of options---one is to simply ignore any and all demands for the money; take a look at your credit bureau reports and if this unpaid debt is listed, write a letter to the credit bureau(s) where it appears with a statement that it is incorrect and why; or locate a speeding ambulance and intercept the attorney following it and see if he will help you file suit for Frontier's harming your credit erroneously.
Marijuana has a rather distinctive odor which is easy to spot and hard to disguise. Once you smell it, you know what it smells like for the future. Bottom line is that they own the motel and if they don't wish to have your business, then go elsewhere. You have no constitutional right to a room, mate.
Actually, Aspen takes advantage of everyone, not just old people and vets. The come-on starts with what they purport to be a "free exam" which quickly turns into a whole lotta work needed ASAP with concomitant whole lotta money. Best to find a dentist in private practice and stay well-clear of dental mills like Aspen.

Aspen Dental is a dental mill and you would be wise to find a dentist in private practice in your area and get an exam. The dental service you get will be much better than at Aspen, and probably much cheaper after they tack on a load of un-needed services.
Don't waste your money on NutriSystem. Instead, buy items like Lean Cuisine and stock up when they are $2 or less at local markets. Not only a cheaper way to lose weight, but they actually taste like food, unlike NutriSystem.
I always thought highly of the Lawnboy brand until a few years ago when I noticed quality and reliability problems. Sadly, this brand is now not only cheaply-made but over-priced as well. Another old standby has gone south, it seems. Good luck finding a really good mower. Most are not worth the money. As for Home Depot, your problem is with Lawnboy, not Home Depot. They didn't make the machine and it is up to the manufacturer to honor their warranty if it is still within the time-frame. What is this "60 km" stuff, anyway? Best to use "miles" as that would be more understandable.
So-----why didn't you complain to her manager??? Good customer service at any Walmart is a rarity, but it would have been helpful if you complained and was told what the policy is at Walmart for these disgusting, disease-ridden re-usable bags.
That being said she also later updated her review by claiming that her son wanted candy, and she put everything back. That he cried and she punched him and someone called the police and her kids were put in foster care. If she was angry at the cashier she has no right to take it out on her kids.
Sounds like your complaint is with the medical provider, ie., the hospital and not Healthcare.gov. I suspect the hospital didn't tell you what was going on because you did not have a healthcare power of attorney and thus had no legal right to know anything.
Get an exam from a local dentist in private practice and if Aspen did something incorrectly as you believe, then you can sue them for malpractice.

Unfortunately, you cannot sue A$pen for malpractice. You can only sue the dentist who treated this person, because A$pen executives and private equity investors are not licensed dentists. This is the problem with corporate dental mills: patients have little legal recourse except against the slave-employee dentist.
You might want to check the exchange rate for the date the charge hit your card and then convert the Canadian dollar amount of the tickets to the US dollar. You will probably see that they are correct, but if you are unable to determine the conversion was correct, then contact your credit card company and tell them to explain how they arrived at the converted amount.
Find a dentist in private practice in your area and get an exam and discuss what you can do for your teeth, etc. Aspen is a dental mill and I never recommend them to anyone. Your review of them is spot-on.
Ah! The joys of government-run healthcare. If you think this is poorly and ineptly-run, just be glad you don't live in Canada or the UK and have to deal with their inept and dangerous health care system.
At least you get healthcare in the UK. And for free. Here, I cannot afford $400 per month, so, I live in fear and instead. Healthcare.gov incorrectly told me I didn't qualify last October, so I get to the enjoy 14 months without affordable care thanks to me only just finding out that that was wrong. I'll no doubt get fined, too.
Medicare pays for alot of things, eg., hearing aids, diabetic supplies, etc. and seeing a "good thing" many companies will sell seniors these things under the guise of being free---which they many be to you, but they then charge Medicare and make out like bandits---which perfectly describes them. You are quite correct and wise in seeing through their methods. In a society where everything has become about "me" and "how can I have someone else pay for my stuff" your missive is refreshing.
You can sue them for the damage and repairs in small claims court, altho it would have been wise to keep the invoice showing the date and amount paid in addition to the service performed. If you don't have this verification of services performed by them, then good luck to you trying to prove them even did anything on the car. From you description of when the oil was changed---"approximately the middle of April, 2017" is sounds like you kept no record of the mileage when changed, etc., much less any paperwork.
Sounds like it is under warranty. First, tho take a look at the "book" and see if there is a solution for the problem(s) you are experiencing. Then, do an online search for the problem(s) and also include the name Frigidaire in some searches. If nothing helps, then contact Frigidaire and they should honor the warranty by helping you solve the problem or sending a repairman out to see what's up. I would try not using those pods, by the way, especially since you said they are not dissolving---this takes hot water and it sounds like the water is not hot enough, from what could be a number of reasons, including your hot water heater not providing hot-enough water, etc. etc.

Just checking my bank statement & noticed Pivotal Home Solutions had taken $6.95 out of my account. I've never heard of them & want to know how they got into my bank account ?
Contact your bank immediately and tell them this charge is fraudulent. They can close out your account if necessary and create a new one. Any number of reasons for this, but you need to ensure they cannot just debit your account in the future, hence the need for a new account.
Sounds like you installed a bunch of junk software to "protect" your computer and it turns out you need to renew the license after a year. Look at what "protection" software/services you got from them and then get similar but free software online to perform the same things as the one you bought from Best Buy. No real need to pay for this stuff anymore.
I don't understand how not having internet access to your credit card info would affect your ability to pay your insurance. When you get your monthly insurance bill, you just write a check to pay it or use your bank's bill pay system, which is usually free.
I am self-employed and have a number of accounts in a number of banks and agencies. If I were trying to manage these individually, that is all I would get done. So I use QuickBooks online that collects all the data from the banks and agencies and prioritizes them and allows me to pay directly through QuickBooks. When they stopped giving me online access, they did not even notified me. So my solution is to dump this outfit like so many other people seem to be doing. Plus, were they to without warning limit my electronic access? For me it is just harassment. I hope this allows you to better understand.
