finally!on 5/2/2022 I received the credit for the blanket. to recap, it took from February 8 to May 2 for this company to acknowledge and credit my return...not buying from them ever again.

On 11/10/2017 I ordered shoes from Orthofeet. I received the shoes in good time (approx. 11/19/2017), opened the box, put on the shoes, stood up, discovered that the shoes were not comfortable, did not fit my feet. I sat down, took off the shoes, replaced them in the box. I completed the return document, returned the shoes to Orthofeet on 11/21/2017. On 12/6/17, I received a refund from Orthofeet, but for $203.92, not for the actual price of $233.92. I emailed the company, asked for an explanation for the discrepancy. I've received no info from the company, no response at all. I contacted the Better Business Bureau that covers the area where the company is located. they rate Orthofeet as an "F". The BBB has contacted the company twice, has not received any response from them. Orthofeet website info says they may reduce amount of refund if the shoes show unusual wear, but these shoes could not possibly have shown any wear. If you must order from Orthofeet, I advise that you take pictures of the condition of the shoes before and after trying them on..

A customer should not have to tell Orthofeet to send the correct refund! The company should be ethical, honest and trustworthy.

From customer complaints, it is plain to see Orthofeet is not any of those things. Just putting rosy reviews on their website is deceiving and makes me think most, if not all, are written by employees. I was going tor order from them, but after seeing the negative reviews, plus the BBB rates them an F.) I believe it’s better to buy shoes in person, locally.

Fewer problem with returns and you can tell immediately if they are comfortable. Also, I find store employees to be pleasant, unlike online “customer (dis)service.”

Resolved: Lazboy - Absolutely no customer service

We just took delivery of a recliner for my wife... after sitting in the recliner for about 25 minutes, she had to get up because of extreme pain... the chair was not working for her... She called the "Furnishings Consultant" Anna Grif, at the Watt Avenue Sacramento store. Ms Grif said she could do nothing, passed the buck to Comfort Care. I also emailed the "Consultant", explaining the problem and asking for a return for refund and for store credit. I've emailed Comfort Care... don't know if that will have any result. This chair cost nearly $1200.00, and we've had it for 2 hours....I would think that any company remotely interested in customer service would be able to arrange the return and provide either a refund or store credit.
