Wallside Windows - Bad product and service

A fee for a new window because the one next to it cracked. If I do not pay they will not match. Why am I paying for the fault of wallside? If I do not pay $450.00 I have two windows different and all frame must be removed. Guess who fixes that? These 2 windows have been horrible.RUN!RUN!Not R

Wallside Windows - Horrid product and service

I have never had so many repairs needed on anything in my life. Recently a window that had at least 3 service calls in 2 years. Telling me I must pay $450.00 for the window next to it so they match. To install new all must be torn out and then I paint and fix the their work.It is not my fault. They are different windows so why must I pay. Not my mistakes.

8 weeks ago at least my new truck was tried to be stolen.The attempt left very small damage. I got an estimate and they told me they would call. No call for weeks. I was then called on a friday to bring it monday.I showed and was asked why I was there. They said they did not have a part needed so they would call.A week later I called and was told to bring it in. No loaner was ready. Knew nothing. I was told maybe 3 or 4 days.I asked it be waxed and cleaned inside and was told $170.00 as a deal and agreed. Now 15 days later no call on friday which means at best monday. Do not blame COVID. This is beyond terrible. This should all be free.

Wow Business - Ongoing issue with WOW

Well it is day 5 and no phone service at my company. Instead of going north with family I sit waiting for a repair. Phones went out last Thursday night and today is Sept.7th with no answers. We need phones or cannot operate. They say maybe not till mid week will they be fixed. Do not be late on a pymt. though or cancel! I have lost an easy 5000.00 but they won't give it to me. I told them I want out and they said I must pay 1700.00 for that. I will follow this with the B.B.B. but that won't help today.Stay away from this company.

I own a business and count on phones and internet that works all the time. I fully understand an occasional storm sometimes but this is constant. We suffered with internet problems for 2 months only to hear them say it was not their problem. I finally went a bit nuts with them so finally a repair person showed and found a line that was torn open. When I asked for a 2 month refund they said no. Today I get a recording that the phones have no repair time. More lost money.No storms either. Perfect sunny day so I am putting a sign in the window and posting to 5000 clients about this. I tried to dump them and they tell me I will owe $1700.00 to get out of the contract. Think twice if they come around telling you how great they are. Terrible.

Yahoo - Deleted comments.

They bought into this con that an opinion is hate speech if they disagree. Even facts are deemed hate if they don't agree. Very socialist or Communist. If I don't like Onions it is my opinion or yours.

DJO Global - Rude terrible service.

Beware. Doctor insisted on a boot for my foot. I told him I did not want it. He insisted but would not give a price. Never wore it so I called this company to send it back. They said no way and billed $246.55 for a plastic boot never used. They were very rude and unwilling to help. Never will I deal with them again and hope other won't also.

Blue Cross isn't going to do anything based just on your say-so about the competence of a physician. If the guy really messed up the surgery, then you need to sue for malpractice.

Get a free consult from a lawyer to see if you have a case.

The fact that other doctors say the original surgeon messed up would help your case. At least you may get your copay back, plus the usual "pain and suffering", etc.

Oribe - So far terrible.

I paid $12,000 dollars for a start up order a few years ago. I was told I would be exclusive to the area within so many miles. That did not happen. Oh well. I ran a sales report at the end of 2018 and found that most of the line did not sell or sold very little. I called our rep. and was told it was not an issue but I would pay a 20% restock fee. Which is terrible but I said to move forward. A week later I was told the restock fee was 25% after I was told 20%. I still said O.K. I waited days and called as a follow up. I was told they would not take it back and needed some classes instead. No I said because I was only interested in keeping what sold in the line. I called 5 days later to get an update and was told that the reps. boss said no. Really? Considering we were keeping what sells her sales would remain the same so just take the returns and done. My salon was promised classes and product knowledge also. It never happened. So at this point I will accept full credit for the return so it may be spent on what we decided to keep. We will then remove this and other complaints about this policy of which I was told differently. My advice to other owners is beware of these practices. Considering the money this company earns my small return is nothing to handle in good faith.

They have done what is right. I thank them and wish them well. I have learned though that if there are fees to return anything I won't buy it.

Flame Furnace - Ripped off bad

I called last week to have a new thermostat installed. I was foolish and did not ask fees. I asked for the most basic on and off style. Nothing fancy. In 15 minutes the guy was done and billed me $370.00. Really. An hour later the house was down to 50 degrees and the furnace did not work. I called and the next day the same tech showed. He told me the circuit board was cooked and had nothing to do with the prior work. The fee was $560.00. Yep. He said it would take about thirty minutes. Well two hours later I saw him messing with the thermostat. I asked if he was alright and he said,Can you tell me the color of this wire I don't have the glasses I need. I should have made him walk. Well after a while he was done. I asked if the board had to do with his work the day before and he said no. Well it still is messed up. I spoke to 2 techs from other companies and checked online. Guess what? They all said he cooked the board by crossing wires. Also he did not turn the power off. I called and was told the manager would call in 24 to 48 hours. If I do not get a refund I will indeed contact a lawyer friend and continue to get that refund. I also own a company and would have already fired the tech and given the money back. Seems no hurry with them. Shame.

The company did the right thing. I will remove this based on a recent conversation.

Sometimes employees mess up and the owner takes the hit. Thank you Flame for doing what you did to resolve this.
