Whirlpool - Poor Service

A couple of months after buying the Whirlpool Side by Side Refrigerator for a whopping $1800 the temperature in the refrigerator side would go from 40+ degrees to having ice in the back. Repairman came said it was a damper(without looking). Had him back within a month now its the door gasket. Still waiting for door, 4 weeks down another 4 to 8 to go. They expedited it since it normally takes 16 weeks to build the doorRunR

Preferred solution
Take this lemon back and bring me one that works properly. All they are doing is using up my warranty time. They have turned into nothing more than a scam.

Frontier Communications - People need to know about this company

Only gotten worse...now I'm being told that I shouldn't even have it...I'm too far out. My speed keeps dropping to 0.4 mbps.

Said my profile changed and my speed was cut in half...I had finally made it to a whole 3 mbps.

So company changed my profile...I should be getting up to 6 like my neighbors ....but no service that can be used for a week now. Repair came Friday...still not fixed...he came pissed off..was rude...no mask..and would barely speak when i asked questions.

I have been having trouble with slow internet, we are talking about 0.25 mbps...then it would go to about 0.85 mbps. I called and was told that because of the covid-19 the company had turned down the speed in our area...are you kidding me...i only get 1.5 mbps to start with. The man turned to up to 5 mbps...double checked it and 5 minutes after i hung up it was back down.

User's recommendation: If you can get another carrier...go...go fast!

Hello Mickie, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your internet connection. I'm not sure where you heard that your speed was turned down due to Covid, however that is just untrue.
