Can you for once address the concern? All we see is your advice to message them! There are too many of us who are not happy and looking for a way to get out of these contracts and get our money back! It doesn't matter what you will tell us about the membership - we signed on those contracts based on what we have been told! and it seems all of that was lies!

Seriously, do you ever get tired of making this same apology time after time?! Just fix the product so there is an actual benefit to the member. Fix your system so a member can actually check out their benefits and how to use them without having to always have your staff as an intermediary. Train your people to actually answer questions about the product and stop blowing smoke screens. NO ONE WOULD BUY THIS PRODUCT IF THEY WERE ACTUALLY AWARE OF THE ADDITIONAL MONEY THAT MUST BE SPENT TO TRAVEL EACH TIME IT IS USED. There is no financial benefit to be gained to any member over the lifetime of the product.

I have since cancelled and was tokd I had to pay a lesser amount, I sumbitted a letter of cancelation which tgey refused to accept, forced me to pay a cancelation fee and a processing fee as well as a room upgrade fee for a room I was moved to after I tried to cancel. I took me 3 days to final get them toet me cancel. then they made me sign off on a fee and refused to tak my letter and made one of there own for me to sign saying it was either that or a full amount much higher

WHAT A WASTE IF TIME..
WE WERE SCAMMED INTO BUYING THE MEMBERSHIP GOLD STRAVELSMARTVIP membership -
we were on vacation at the royalton cancun - the membership gold prime 300 for 30 years originally was 72,000US and
after a lot of pressure and the time spent negotiating the price was brought down to 36,000 Canadian dollars-
first payment right now on visa of $5400 , next month $5400, third mont $7200 and
the rest $18000 will be $750.00 for the next 24 month we are seniors and they took full advantage of us. We signed up for the membership when they started offering 900 000 smart point 30000 every years plus additional one vacation for free,6 special week and 6 bonus weeks ocean view room while we were there and many other perks. told us when book with them, we will receive vip service, pick up a the airport I guess we were trapped and fell for their lies. However after signing found out that it was all lies. We tried to book a free vacation as per the contract and was very hard to book , so we decided to cancel after 6 month and i now that they will give us nothing back.. can believed sunwing let those people (TSV) in there resort. i guess i won't travel for the next 6 years. you have to pay to learn. cost me a lot of money for nothing
