What is your next response going to be? I did what you said -I contacted the socialmedia email address and I yet have to see what the famous response to that will be. You have been copied on all my communication with your Quality Department and even though you can see that there's total disregard to what my issue is, you never said a word! So, please, we are already frustrated enough so don't give directions that you have no intention to respond to.
I am not going to name the person from the Quality Dept I dealt with but I am sure you know who that is. If that person cannot answer to the complaints and does not know how to resolve the issue, he or your team should know who can.
Through these discussions you were a witness that the savings we were told we will see are imaginary. Please be aware that many of your unsattisfied customers are smart and don't need the same answer replied to in each message. If you are running a legit business and all of these customers have the same complaints within 15-30 days of purchasing a a vacation club membership, then the HONEST and ETHICAl thing to do is to refund all of the customers. Your garbage 5 day cancellation policy should be voided as many of your customers don't spend time on vacation booking the next trip to find out all the issues and restrictions and additional funds needed to book a vacation through Travel Smart. Why is it that you don't offer a refund to all of your unhappy customers within 30 days like a legit company would? The only reason is because this isn't legit at all but 100% a scam with such false promises provided by your sales team upon signing. I do not wish to hear anything further about booking a trip with your company as your team already wasted one full day of my time in Mexico and 2 hours on the phone here with Travel Smart trying to book a trip that would cost me more than booking on my own. How long will it take before I get my answers back to how my personal and private information got stolen or sold from Travelsmart. We’ve been in contact since end of November and our payments are still coming out however we completely not satisfied that somehow our personal information got into the hands of scammers and we lost 28k plus have still 28k to pay to travel smart and already paid Travelsmart 12k for a total of $40k travel smart scam membership. May I also suggest that you send out surveys to your members to get accurate feedback and work from that....I would also recommend sending an email to everyone reminding them that as the year ends, they need to request to move any unused 2016 points to next year. I have been in contact with senior members of travel smart. I am waiting for them to respond to the emails I have sent them. Unfortunately, it is necessary to inform other people that they are not alone in this battle. When we sat through the presentation about Travel Smart VIP they went on and on about customer service and although you are very quick to respond on this forum, the important communication that have been sent to Travel Smart are not responded to with the same amount of urgency which suggests that you're more concerned about the image the public can see than the customers themselves. That is bitterly disappointing.

Good Morning Mr. Allen, You are correct that we received your email on Saturday morning and a reply was sent back to you first thing on Monday morning. We will gladly resend the email through to you, we do recommend you check your 'junk' mail as depending on the email server, emails can be filtered out causing unfortunate bad impressions of this kind.

So I sent the massage to the email address in the reply about 4 days ago. No response. However, I do see where the social media person has responded to another pissed consumer on this same thread. Starting to think the social media email responses are just an attempt to save face. I have an idea, you refund my money that you swindled from my family, and I will tell the world that you solved my issue.
