We literally spent upwards of 10 hours on hold over several days waiting for a TS rep to get in contact with your resort in Jamaica, where no one was answering the phone - to make a simple vacation reservation. Time is money! If you are partnering with Royalton resorts for these VIP benefits, it makes NO sense how it is so inefficient. Why don't your reps have direct access to the resort reservation porthole? I could have my entire vacation booked on Apple Vacations in a matter of minutes comparatively. I am paying YOU for VIP access and treatment - a lot of money I might add, and we were treated worse during the booking process than if we had booked through the resort directly without this so-called membership. I'll be contacting my attorney, who will be in contact with your representative.

Yes we have used the membership but have always been aware that because we live in Europe we do not seem to benefit. I must report that we have been able more recently to get into our account after much attempts. So that is sorted and a good thing. The agent was very helpful and have always been. Howevet it would be useful to discuss the pricing to find out the best way to make the best of the benefits and not suffer a loss when booking a holiday with Travel Smart.

Not true, the 1st time I was told it was not possible that sunwing advertised lower pricing to book direct with them. When I told her to go online and see herself she said she would speak with her supervisor. She put me on hold and surprise.....she disconnected and never called back. The second time 3 days later with another representative again I was given a higher quote of even more. Again I questioned why and asked would they meet Sunwing's online price. This woman stated they could not that they can only offer the prices that come up on their system as they are the lowest. All travelsmart is capable of is talking and not following through in what they tell people they are buying. If this were not true then why are their so many of us trying all over the internet from all over the world writing about these issues. You have stolen our money and you have a 5 day clause to cancel. By the time people try tinuse what they believe they have purchased that time is well past and you won't let us cancel and get our money back. You are thieves because you know this will happen, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

This is the email I received from TravelSmart. I replied with my certificate and have heard nothing in return. Yes your team did reach and and point blank said we could not get our money back , quoting clause whatever, Thank goodness we did not loose a large sum of money , like others, Very dishonest sales person , scammers , lovely resort, Run the other way, lol. I will be definitely informing the folks in the uk.
