Verizon - Charging for worthless Feature

Took out Total Equipment Coverage on new phone, which covers lost/stolen equipment. Finished paying the 24 months to totally own phone. Did not notice that they continued to charge me $11.00 a month for TEC. Even though they consider phone of no value after 24 months, Verizon continued to charge TEC CHARGE. I called about it and was told that was a FEATURE and the could not, on their own, remove a FEATURE. The FEATURE has no value if 24 months, but they continued to charge. BEWARE IF YOU TAKE OUT THE COVERAGE TOTAL EQUIPMENT COVERAgE, it becomes worthless after 24 months, but they will continue to charge until you tell them to Remove their WORTHLESS FEATURE. Just another way to RIP OFF CUSTOMERS

Stop charging for a “Feature”, when the feature becomes of no value to customet
