I am submitting a complaint regarding a flight attendant whose name I believe was Claudia, although I am not certain because I was unable to clearly confirm her name when I asked. She was a female flight attendant with gray hair, approximately in her late 40s, and was present on both American Airlines flights AA 829 (CLTMEX) and AA 828 (MEXCLT) on September 28, 2026.

During both flights, I experienced her communication with me as dismissive, sarcastic, and condescending. As we were exiting the aircraft, I told her that I was dissatisfied with the customer service I had received. She responded by loudly stating my first and last name. My husband, who was behind me, also heard her say my full name.

Earlier during the trip, she had also addressed me by my last name. This caused me concern about how my passenger information was obtained and used during the interaction.

I am requesting that American Airlines identify the flight attendant involved, review the interactions and circumstances, and clarify what passenger information cabin crew members have access to and whether it was appropriately used. I would appreciate a formal response regarding this complaint.
