Amazon - This is stupid
I tried to get this issue resolved three times already, but I keep having the same issue. They don't care about their customers, and I got hung up on.

Verified ReviewerAmazon - Delivery at wrong house
We got our packages back from the neighboring house, but it was two roads over, and it was not Wellington Street; it was a whole other street name. The only thing that was the same was the number, so my recommendation is for somebody to put in the notes that they need to make sure that they're at Wellington Street before they drop my packages off.

- You would think that there customers happiness would be more important than anything else especially long time customers but sometimes it doesnt seem that way
Preferred solution: I would like for all there drivers to make sure for now on that they are at the right address and my wife shouldn't have had to go track them down in our car wasting or time and gas to find packages
User's recommendation: My recommendation for future customers would be for them to make sure that they put in the comments for the delivery for the driver to make sure they're at the correct address before they drop off the packages
