Temu - They sell crap products yet when u try n return for a refund they refuse to assist
They refuse to help meThey have offered a refund of 98.00 for a 359. Purchase.They are doing absolutely nothing to help me return this to get a refund
I've made several purchases over the years from Temu. I've never complained about anything to them nor requested a refund.
Yet, on August 4th, I ordered an ebike from them.
I spent two weeks assembling this bike, and reassembling this bike, it's defective. They refuse to refund the money for this purchase or assist me.

Temu - They take your money fast yet when there's an issue and u need a refund they refuse. Must be Muslim
This company is full of foreigners. They do not want to assist me with the return and refund due to its a large amount of money.I have dealt with them for about 10 years and never called for a refund about all the crap products I have received in the past.
I've either thrown it away or given it away.
Yet they do not want to assist me with this 360. Crap product return and refund
I've contacted them several times regarding a return. I need the e-bike picked up.
I'm disabled x2.
I've spoken with three different supervisors, yet no one wants to help me.
I need my refund.

Temu - They have no thorough return policy. Many of their items they sell are misleading. That's ok but if u want to take people's money at least be responsible enough to return it when the product is mispac
I purchased an ebike 3 months ago. I got it completely assembled yet the pedals will not screw on and the back wheel scrubs n runs.
I've spent hours on the phone n via email. Yet they claim I need to pack it up n return it to fed ex.
I have no vehicle hence the reason for the ebike order. They keep on saying they will elevate this issue YET NOTHING
I've been with Temu since they started. Some products are good. Many are not.
This ebike was mispackaged and it was made incorrectly. I have been contacting supervisors for a refund.
Nothing
I need it returned and a refund immediately.
