Lending Club - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOLLOWUPS

I am now going into the third week of no response to my 5 emails and 1 fax to find out the status of my pending loan. I am a current customer on another loan which has been paid on time and I am in good standing as a customer.

LendingTree - NO RESPONSE ON LOAN APPLICATION

I submitted a loan application 3 weeks ago. I have sent 5 emails for status and faxed them also, still no response and they have all the documents they need. I have been a good customer to them but their customer service is the pits. I have not had to use customer service before on my other loan but now I see they do not respond to any correspondence or inquiries.

User's recommendation: IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT USE THEM.

American Coradius International - FRAUDULENT COLLECTIONS NOTICE ACCT 178902****96350****

I have reported this collection to the BBB today because it is either fraudulent or a scam. After looking online there are so many people receiving these collection notices from you who have no idea why and filing complaints against your company. How can a person have collections on a PayPal account that has no credit card or credit line to produce a payment to them???? It is just to send or receive funds! You will be notified as well by BBB and I have sent it also the PayPal Resolutions Center with all the documentation. Stop harassing people with invalid collection notices.

User's recommendation: BEWARE ALOT OF COMPLAINTS OF RECEIVING FALSE COLLECTION NOTICES.

QVC FOLLOWUP

QVC responded quickly and started a refund for the items that I did not receive. Adjusted my account.

User's recommendation: Just be aware that QVC has not telephone customer service and had it not been for pissedconsumer.com not sure I would have gotten any response.
