Booked a hotel in Athens, Georgia, gave a few options, selected the cheapest and booked, only to find it had somehow added Athens, Alabama, which I accidentally added. Immediately contacted them; they would not refund due to the hotel and lied about contacting the hotel. The hotel said they would refund the provider if they were contacted by them.

Loss:
$500
Pros:
  • Competetive prices
Cons:
  • Misleading search engine
  • Terrible customer service

Preferred solution: Full refund

User's recommendation: Horrible customer experience -$500 later. Stay away
