I purchased a set of AR172 Baja Rims with caps and lugs from the Discounted Wheel Warehouse online store, located in California. After install all of the caps disappeared within a month. I noticed one, then another. I contacted DWW for replacement caps, placed an order and was told it would take some time, covid. A month later I contacted them to find my order wasn't put through, though I provided my banking info to the CSR on the phone twice. After discussing it, they offered no compensation and no reassurances that my info was secure. I contacted the Better Business Bureau, made a report on the DWW online store. I then contact Amercian Racing for assistance in finding another retailer that would sell me the parts I needed. No response. I found another retailer on my own, purchased another set, discussed with them that I thought they might be falling off and not only did they express that was unlikely but asked if they could install them. They did and while doing so explained that they were on nice and tight, that these types of parts don't just "fall off" and that someone might have stolen them. I then explained that it was one at a time and we were both confused. Either way, very next day, on the highway I hit a bump and heard something, got off and found that front side where the bump occurred was missing a cap. By the end of the week all 4 had fallen off, 1 literally right before my eyes as my girlfriend pulled out of a driveway. That left one, when I touched it....it fell right off onto the ground. I've contacted American Racing multiple times regarding this very same issue with no responses whatsoever. I even did some research to try and find who owns them. It's the Platinum Equity Group. I contacted them as well by email. No response from anyone.

User's recommendation: DO NOT PURCHASE AMERICAN RACING PRODUCTS.

Black Sabbath Official Store - Merchant not honoring requested refund or sending purchased materials

I ordered 2 Black Sabbath BLM T shirts with all proceeds to go to BLM. After waiting for a while beyond the prescheduled delivery date I contacted them to find out it was delayed. Since it had already been a week since it was to be delivered and that they chose to not alert me, I asked for a refund. I keep getting the same response, that if I want a refund I need to let them know. I've requested it multiple times with no confirmation whatsoever, other than the same email stating that I'd need to let them know if I want a refund.

User's recommendation: Don't do business with an organization that ignores your refund requests, especially when the issue was on their end to begin with.
