Activated my Uber account

Hello dear madame sir, I would like to say something that from last one month my account is blocked due to which I am at home and can’t do the deliveries I have asked several times to help me and get one email from Uber that your account is active you can receive delivery. But unfortunately still my account is blocked Uber told me that we have send your issue to relevant senior team they will solve your problem but it’s completed one week that I am waiting for response but still no response. Therefore I am going to send this message again that please sir help soon I am depressed because from one month I am joblesss this will be your kindness on me .
