Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.

I want a refund for my tickets from Denver to Rome round trip. The trip was canceled June 16 & I havent received a refund yet.

User's recommendation: Do not recommend.

Hello, I am in the same situation as you but with 2 tickets to China for 3000 dollars. American airlines say they have made full refund but this "company" refuses to give me back my money.

They want to keep 2000 dollars for themselves wich is totally unfair and an scam. Does legal actions would end up in a fair resolution?
