Don’t book with Booking.com
Customer service requires a confirmation and pin number in order to look up your account. The confirmation number is apparent, but the pin number is disguised and hidden in the paperwork deep deep down, and its really hard to read.
Once you finally get the confirmation number and pin number you are put on hold for 20 minutes and then you get somebody who cant speak English. They told me they were gonna give me a refund the first time and then they reneged and said they changed their mind and then were gonna give me a $25 credit for $150 room that I paid and it didnt have any TV reception in for the entire visit.

This company will not help you if you have a problem with your booking.!
I booked a room with Booking.com for 2 nights and the the television reception was so bad that I had to leave the second night because the entire hotel had no TV reception. So I requested a refund for one of the two nights because I had to book at another hotel and they said they would do it and then they lied and said they wouldnt do it and they gave me a $25 credit for $150 room.

Booking - Terrible service
I went to the Comfort Inn and suites which I paid for with through Booking.com. When I arrived, I found the TV it wasnt working I complained and they said well.
The TVs werent working in the entire building and they were getting the cable company to fix it well the cable company you never fix it so the second night I said I want you to make this right Im going to move to another hotel and I want a refund. I called Booking.com and they said they agreed they could talk to Comfort Inn and suites and they were going to go ahead and refund me one night because I had to go to a different hotel just to get a TV reception.
Then they lied! They said they were gonna give me the refund and then instead they gave me a $25 credit. And said they couldnt come to any solutions with comfort Inn and suites so I think their service is terrible.
They make you try to quit asking for a refund because they want you to give the your confirmation number and your pin number which they never provide to you on any of the correspondence that they give you. My advice is never use Booking.com for booking because they will not stand up and help you if you get into a situation where you need to get a refund. Their customer service is all AI and you have to wait on the phone for 20 minutes at a time, I waited 40 minutes twice.
I will never use Booking.com. I will tell everybody that I know to never use Booking.com.
